During the existence of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, the Heads of the Central Asian countries adopted the following documents:

Agreements:

– Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan “On cooperation in the field of joint management of the use and protection of water resources of interstate sources” (Alma-Ata, February 18, 1992). The International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea was established in 1993 by the Heads of the Central Asian states with the aim of overcoming the ecological crisis and improving the socio-economic situation in the Aral Sea basin.
