Cairo Water Week (CWW 2022) began on 16 October 2022 in Cairo, Egypt under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Abdel Fatah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The central theme of Cairo Water Week is “Water at the Heart of Climate Action”. Within the framework of the Week, key issues of policy, strategies, plans and measures related to the problems of climate change and water will be presented and discussed.
CWW 2022 is the preparatory platform for COP 27 and the UN 2023 Water Conference.The delegation of the Executive Committee of IFAS participates in the Cairo Water Week under the leadership of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of IFAS, Co-Chair of the Dushanbe Water Process, Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda.
